INVENTORY CHECK-INS

One of our Inventory clerks will visit your property at the start of the tenancy and carry out an in-depth inspection, using state of the art technology to deliver you a detailed, easy to read and reliable inventory report.

MID-TERM/ INTERIM INSPECTIONS

During the tenancy we visit your property to check, identify and highlight issues which may have arisen, our midterm inspections gives agents and their landlords the ability to access the condition of the property during a let.

CHECK-OUT INSPECTIONS

Performed at the end of a tenancy, one of our Inventory clerks conduct an in-depth assessment on the condition of the property and its contents, this is aimed to identify any changes, defects and wear which the property may have sustained. All findings are presented in a easy to read, professional report for easy assessment.
